The ACT is set to decriminalise small amounts of illicit drugs, including ice, heroin and cocaine

Under new laws that were passed last week, anyone found in possession of an amount that falls within the threshold will not be charged, making the ACT the first Australian jurisdiction to decriminalise commonly used illicit drugs in small amounts.
